Hello This is Pat again. I am having trouble locating a reputable Lender/Broker in Fla. to give my referrals to. Everyone seems to keep dropping the ball and not following up w/the customer or me. I have a LOW LTV on a 1.6 MIL loan 3MIL value. O/O Some cash out great scores. I am not licensed in FLA. I am looking for just 1pt. on the deal. This is referred to me by a friend and debt collector. I have a $1Million purchase price. 80-10-10 1st/2nd piggy back financing. I have one source who can do 75-15-5, but client wants 80-10-10. Full doc, SFR, Credit Scores 700+, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
